Biography
I am a Chemical Engineer and Industrial Data Scientist specialising process optimization, industrial reliability My experiences, network in OEM as well as in Manufacturing allowing me to think in Operating Systems to build robust solutions for highly regulated manufacturing environments. Over the past decades, I have been working supporting CAPEX projects, vertical startup and Operational Excellence, Digital Innovations projects. I delivered six-figure savings through science‑based optimization, digital transformation, and cross‑functional leadership. My work includes stabilizing complex aseptic processes, developing digital twins for CAPEX decisions, and even building AI‑driven platform that support PPWR‑compliant packaging and export readiness. I combine engineering expertise with advanced technologies to help companies to improve energy and material efficiency, reduce waste, and modernize their operations. Selected achievements: • Led a cross-functional team to implement Industrial Reliability Systems (Asset Health Monitoring) • Build task-force to rescue the novel cleanTech technology using FMEA, DoE, and digital twin modeling • Developed a concept 'Packaging OS' helping to support PPWR requirement implementations • Delivered CHF 2.6M in savings through process optimization and material science Core strengths: • CAPEX, Procurement, Supplier Development, business case development • Data‑driven process optimization (production, packaging, supply chain) • Sustainability & PPWR compliance • Digital twins, FMEA, DoE, root‑cause analysis • Python, R, MS SQL, Power BI, machine learning • Knowledge of database systems (e.g. MSSQL, ODBC, MS Access) • Application Engineering + Android + Machine Learning Applications (Industry 4.0) • IT solutions, manage interface applications for data management, databases and interfaces • Cross‑functional leadership in global, regulated environments I am passionate about building practical, scalable solutions that reduce complexity, strengthen product safety, and unlock competitive advantage.
